French Celebrate at the Finish
The World Cup weekend in Hochfilzen ended today with the men's relay race. The French team, consisting of Fabien Claude, Quentin Fillon Maillet, Eric Perrot, and Emilien Jacquelin, claimed the victory of the day, finishing with a total of 10 spare rounds and a lead of 49 seconds over the Norwegian team (8 spare rounds/1 penalty loop). The Swedish team completed the podium (+1:59.2 min./14 spare rounds/1 penalty loop).
The Austrian relay team, made up of David Komatz, Simon Eder, Felix Leitner, and Fredrik Mühlbacher, finished in 14th place with a total of seven spare rounds and a time deficit of 5:00.8 minutes.
