„Medal Party Dominik Landertinger“

On Wednesday, March 28, 2018, Dominik Landertinger has been welcomed by the HSV Hochfilzen with a small and fine celebration in the Tirolhaus of the Biathlon Stadium Hochfilzen to celebrate his bronze medal of the Olympic Winter Games of Pyeongchang (South Korea). The President of the HSV-Hochfilzen, Franz Berger, honored Dominik’s excellent performance in his speech.

After a clean shooting performance and trailing only 14.2 seconds behind, Dominik has won the bronze medal in the Individual Competition behind Johannes Thingnes BÖ (NOR) and Jakov FAK (CRO) – a bronze medal that shines like a GOLDEN one after a difficult season and great health problems. Everyone involved had great joy about the only biathlon medal!

The guests included Markus GANDLER (ÖSV-Director for Biathlon and Cross Country Skiing), Georg SCHWENTER (Vice-President TSV), the mayor of Hochfilzen, Konrad WALK, Tourism Association CEO Armin KUEN, Col Thomas ABFALTER (Executive Officer TÜPl Hochfilzen), representatives of the sponsors and many more.
Several gifts have been presented: a large chocolate box with a picture of the entire ÖSV-team by the HSV, a magnum bottle Egger (sponsor), as well as, a special edition of the clog manufacturer Waltl (sponsor), for two months BMW Unterberger provided Dominik with its newest model with special branding.

Congratulations!
